“GIRONA,TEMPS DE FLORS” 2025

Girona is in full bloom with the 70th edition of ‘Temps de Flors‘, which can be enjoyed until May 18.

This year, the festival has extended its opening hours until 11 PM — a perfect opportunity to discover the city illuminated at night, when the lights transform the spaces and everything feels much calmer and more magical.

In addition to the usual locations, Temps de Flors gives visitors access to corners of the city that are normally closed to the public throughout the rest of the year, making the experience even more unique.

Some of the most interesting spaces in this edition include:

1.Torre Gironella, the highest point in the city, featuring a beautifully curated floral display.
2.The underground chambers of the Cathedral, offering a mysterious and visually stunning route enhanced by a spectacular light installation.
3.Casa Cúndaro, a place full of history and a rare chance to see the interior of a traditional Jewish house.
4.Casa Solterra, where floral art is added to the already rich cultural heritage.

Of course, there are many more open spaces and decorated courtyards worth discovering, from cloisters to small hidden gardens. Every visitor will find their own favorites 😉.
