MEDIEVAL VILLAGE
 + 2 WINERIES

territory that blends sea and mountains

the little Spanish Tuscany

The Empordà region is situated in a territory that blends sea and mountains, heavily influenced by the presence of the northern wind (Tramontana). Here, a variety of soils – clayey, sandy, and slatey – combined with its proximity to the sea, give the wines produced a distinct personality.

Known as the little Spanish Tuscany, this region boasts majestic landscapes with perfectly pruned cypresses, ancient oaks, and olive trees. The medieval architecture intertwines with vineyards, considered by many as the best-kept secret of the Costa Brava.

There’s a collection of authentic hilltop villages surrounded by fields and vineyards, full of charming corners and longstanding shops. In this case, we’ve chosen to visit the village of Pals, renowned for its well-preserved historic center.

After strolling through its cobbled streets, ancient arches, and walls, we’ll head to two reference wineries in the D.O. Empordà.

These places, with a unique charm, connect Northern Catalonia, Empordà, and Languedoc, producing expressive and fresh wines.

The experience culminates with a wine tasting among vineyards, paired with local delights.

Come and discover the wine culture in this exclusive experience surrounded by an environment that seems to be frozen in time!
